Questions

Straight answers, no discovery call needed.

If yours isn't here, ask it on the call. We'd rather answer the awkward one now than on the third invoice.

01 · The basics
What is Infinivo, exactly?

We run a managed AI front desk for injury, family, criminal defence and immigration firms. It answers every call, website chat and email around the clock, checks the matter against your firm's own intake criteria while the person is still on the line, and books the consultation onto your calendar. Each one lands in your CRM with the recording, the transcript and a disposition.

You never log into anything. We run the desk. The system flags every failed, misclassified or escalated call on its own, and we go through that flagged set every week. It's a service with people answerable for it, not software you have to look after.

Is this a chatbot?

No. A chatbot is a product you buy, set up and then babysit. This is a service we run for you. The voice agent is one part of it. The rest is us tuning the qualification logic, reviewing the calls the system flags, and answering to you on an SLA. We don't sell the software on its own.

How is this different from an answering service?

An answering service takes a message. This takes the case.

  • It qualifies. The questions come from your own intake sheet, asked like a conversation rather than read off a script. Injuries and treatment for an injury firm, charges and court dates for a criminal one.
  • It books. A qualified caller hangs up with a consultation on your calendar and a confirmation text, while they're still interested.
  • It never queues. No hold music, no "all our operators are busy."
What problem does this actually solve?

When Clio had a research agency secret-shop 500 US law firms in 2024, during business hours, 48% couldn't be reached by phone at all. In 2019 that figure was 27%. And fewer than 3 callers in 100 who reach a voicemail leave a message, so the ones you miss are simply gone.

You already paid for the phone to ring. An injury lead costs a median of $159 before anyone picks up. Every call nobody answers is a lead you bought twice and got once. Every figure here, with its source.

02 · Cost
How much does it cost?

There are two ways in.

Intake Systems Consultation

$2,500

An hour on your pipeline. Within 48 hours you get the full write-up: your intake map, every leak, and what we'd do about each one. Yours either way.

The AI Front Desk

Scoped on the call

A one-time build and a flat monthly fee, priced once we know your volume. Never per case.

Move from the consultation to the desk within 30 days and the $2,500 is credited in full against the build.

What's the guarantee?

You pay nothing, the build included, until the desk has booked five qualified consultations from your own inbound. We convert traffic you already have. We don't go out and find you business.

A qualified consultation means three things: the desk answered the contact, the matter fits the intake criteria you gave us in writing, and the appointment is on your calendar. It doesn't depend on the client signing, retaining or even turning up, because none of that is ours to control. The criteria are countersigned by both of us at the build and the transcript is the record, so nobody argues definitions later. The count starts once the desk is fully live, meaning built, connected to your CRM and signed off.

After that, if the desk fails to answer or misclassifies a contact that qualified, that month's retainer is credited.

Are there per-case or per-minute fees?

No per-case fees, ever. Rule 5.4 says we can't be paid a share of your fees, and we wouldn't want to be.

Pass-through fees: the phone and AI usage are billed straight to your own provider account at cost. You see the real number, we make nothing on your call volume, and you're never billed for anyone else's spike.

03 · Getting live
How long does it take to go live?

Weeks, not quarters. We wire the desk into your numbers, your intake criteria, your calendar and your CRM, and you listen to recordings of real callers before it takes over your busiest hours.

Do I have to change my phone system or my number?

No. We work with the numbers you already advertise. Nothing on your marketing, your signage or your campaigns has to change.

Which CRMs do you write to?

Filevine, Litify and Clio directly. Every qualified matter goes in with the recording, the full transcript and a disposition, so your team only opens the ones worth opening. Running something else? Bring it to the call and we'll tell you honestly whether we can wire it.

Can I try it before I commit to anything?

Yes, and you don't have to talk to us first. We set up four fictional firms, one per desk. Push on them the way a real caller would: refuse to give your number, ask if it's a real person, change your story halfway through.

Nothing to sign up for and nothing to install.

04 · Risk, compliance and control
Will it give my callers legal advice?

No, and that's in the contract. The desk is instructed never to advise, code guards catch what can be pattern-matched, and every transcript is kept so you can check. It won't guess, speculate on what a case is worth, tell a caller what their rights are, or give an opinion on the law. If it ever gives legal advice, that month's retainer is waived and we credit you $2,500.

Every call is recorded and transcribed, so you can check that yourself. Every caller is also told they're speaking with an AI assistant before anything else, per Florida Bar Ethics Opinion 24-1.

What happens if the system goes down?

Calls fail over to your existing line, so a caller never hits a dead ring. The failover is wired before you take your first live call, not added later.

What languages does it handle?

Spanish, switching mid-call when the caller does. You can try that on any of the browser demos above. We'll tell you exactly which other languages we can cover for your firm before you sign anything.

One honest note on testing: the demo phone numbers on our homepage are set up in English, except the immigration line, which also takes Spanish. The browser demos switch freely.

Who's accountable when something goes wrong?

A named founder, not a ticket queue. Heidar Babazade wires your firm personally, watches the first hundred transcripts, and picks up when you ring. If the desk mishandles a caller you get the recording, the transcript and what we changed, in writing.

What happens to my callers' data?

Recordings and transcripts belong to your firm and land in your CRM. Nothing a caller says is used to train any model of ours. The detail on processors, retention and GDPR rights is on the privacy page, and the full compliance picture is in the compliance brief.

05 · Fit
What size firm is this for?

Two attorneys or more. For criminal defence we need five, because a criminal matter averages about $2,673, a fraction of an injury case, and the maths needs the volume. Below that we'll say so on the call rather than take your money.

Who is this explicitly not for?
  • Solo firms, and criminal shops under five attorneys. There isn't enough leaking out to pay for us.
  • Anyone shopping for a chatbot to run themselves. This is a managed service, not DIY software.
  • Firms that already know exactly where every case leaks and what fixing each one is worth. If you've got that map, skip the consultation and book the fit call.
Do you work with more than one firm in my market?

No. One firm per market. If a competitor down the road signs first, we'll tell you that rather than take your money.

Which practice areas do you cover?

Four: injury, family, criminal defence and immigration. Each desk runs its own qualification logic for its own kind of matter, which is why they're separate desks and not one script with the nouns swapped. If you work in another area and a missed call is real money, start with the consultation and we'll tell you plainly whether it carries over.

I already have an offshore intake team. Why would I need this?

You probably shouldn't replace them. We'd keep them too.

There are 168 hours in a week and a staffed seat covers about 40, so real round-the-clock coverage takes roughly four people per seat. And every human seat takes one call at a time. The desk takes several at once, and it applies your criteria the same way on the thousandth call as on the first, with every one recorded. Staff turn over, and every new hire has to relearn your criteria from scratch.

We're not going to argue that AI is cheaper per hour than offshore labour. At your scale it isn't. It's a different job.

Does this replace my in-house intake staff?

No. It covers what they can't: nights, weekends, the lunch hour, and the third caller while both of them are already on the phone. Your intake people end up spending more of the day on the callers actually worth their time, because the qualifying already happened.

Thirty minutes. One expensive leak found.

Bring your call volume and what you spend on marketing. We'll tell you on the call whether this is worth doing, including when it isn't.
