What we collect, and what we don't.

Plain English, no lawyer voice. If anything here is unclear, email and ask.

Short version. We measure how this site gets used so we can improve it. We don't sell your data, we don't run ad trackers, and we don't build advertising profiles. Analytics only starts once you accept the cookie banner, and you can change your mind any time.

01 — Who runs this site

This site is operated by Heidar Babazade, trading as Infinivo, based in Poland. For anything on this page, including requests to see or delete your data, the contact is hello@infinivoai.eu.

02 — What we collect

When you browse

Only if you accept the cookie banner:

Session recordings mask everything you type. We can see that a field was filled in, not what you put in it.

If you decline, we still count the visit and the country it came from, but with no cookies and no way to recognise you if you come back. Nothing is stored on your device.

When you book a call

Booking runs on Cal.com. When you book, you give them your name, email, and the time you picked. That data sits with Cal.com and with us so we can turn up to the call.

When you use the live demo at /try/

You can talk to the demo desk without giving us anything. If you ask for the one-page analysis, you give us your name, firm, and email. That is stored so we can send it and follow up.

The demo's voice feature sends what you say to a speech provider so the agent can respond. Nothing you say is used to train any model of ours.

03 — Cookies

We set cookies for one purpose: analytics. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies here. They're only set after you accept, and declining leaves your device untouched.

To change your answer, clear this site's data in your browser settings and reload. The banner comes back.

04 — Why we're allowed to do this

WhatLegal basis
Analytics and session recordingYour consent, given via the banner
Booking a callSteps taken at your request before a contract
Demo analysis requestYour consent, given by submitting the form
Keeping the site up and secureLegitimate interest in a working website

05 — Who else handles it

We keep this list short on purpose. These are the only companies that touch your data:

WhoWhat forWhere
PostHogAnalytics and session recordingEU (Frankfurt)
VercelHosting this site and the demoEU / US
Cal.comCall bookingEU / US
CartesiaSpeech for the live demoUS
AgentMailEmailing us your demo requestUS
Google FontsLoading the typefaces on this pageUS

Where a provider sits outside the EU, the transfer runs on the standard legal safeguards for international transfers. Your analytics data specifically stays in the EU. We chose the Frankfurt region for exactly that reason.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. There is no such arrangement and there won't be one.

06 — How long we keep it

07 — What you can ask for

Under GDPR you can ask us to:

Email hello@infinivoai.eu and we'll deal with it inside 30 days. There is no fee and you don't need to explain why.

If we handle it badly, you can complain to the Polish data protection authority, the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, at uodo.gov.pl.

08 — Children

This site sells to law firms. It isn't aimed at children and we don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.

09 — Changes

If this changes in a way that affects you, we'll update the date below. Worth a look if you're coming back after a while.
